While out walking and photographing by Agia Napa sea caves I saw this early morning runner. He ran up to the cliff edge and took off his shirt and his trainers and stood for a minute. I could not believe that he was going to jump as the height was about 50 feet or more. He then shocked me by diving head first in to the sea which was very impressive. He had obviously done this many times before as after diving in he swam to a point on the rock wall and effortlessly climbed the cliff. I went over t talk to him and he told me that he had been diving there since he was 12 years old (he was 27 when I shot this). I asked him if he would dive again for me to try to record it. Unfortunately the camera I had only shot about 3 frames a second and the dive shots were pretty disappointing except for this one which was the first image I shot.
